242. How to Keep Your Business Going Through Life’s Hardest Seasons
The best business investment I ever made wasn’t another marketing strategy—it was building systems before I needed them. In this honest episode, I share how grief reshaped my business, how G-d prepared me through the systems I had built, and how those systems gave me the space to accept what is, continue serving my clients, and move forward through one of life’s hardest seasons.
Plus in this episode I give a sneak peek into the giveaway that is coming up next month + A brand new program that I will be opening soon! Make sure you listen to the end for all the details.

And we are live. Welcome, everyone, to the Connected for Real podcast. I’m Rebbetzin Bat-Chen Grossman. I almost told you I’m Rebbetzin Bat-Chen Gez, because that’s my maiden name, and that’s so weird ’cause I haven’t been Bat-Chen Gez in such a long time and it just came out, like, whoo, suddenly, like, this intuitive I guess childlike, uh, automatic. So that was cool. Maybe because I’m in my parents’ apartment and I feel very comfortable, like, you know, home even though this is not the home I grew up in, but it… there’s an energy here. Great. So now that we went off-track, let’s go back on. Welcome. I do not have a guest this week. I could not find anyone, and it was so weird because I am sure that I could probably say right now I’m looking for a guest to talk about acceptance in business, and I will find, like, seven because that is such an awesome topic. But for some reason, G-d did not want me to have a guest today because it didn’t matter what I did, where I posted, or who I invited, nobody was available today. So today I don’t have a podcast guest. It’s just me, and I was thinking almost frantically, “What am I gonna do? Who am I gonna get? How am I going to deal with this?” And then I thought, “Wait a minute, I can do it myself.” My people like me enough, right? It’s like I don’t have to bribe you with cool people so that you could come and listen to me. This is actually going to be a very powerful podcast episode because we’re talking about me and my business, and how I am dealing with acceptance within this business. So I think this is going to be fascinating. Number one, just as, I wanna say trigger warning, but you guys already know me, and maybe you don’t. My sister-in-law is Tzeela Gez, Hashem Yikom Damah. She was killed on her way to having a baby, and it was a year ago, so… Over a year ago. So you have probably noticed that my business took a hit. Thank G-d not a big hit because I had the systems in place to sort of catch me, but definitely it has not been as easy. So let’s just say it has been a roller coaster of a year, and I personally took it hard, and I was planning a launch right before she was murdered, and I canceled my launch, and then it threw me into a whole loop of, you know, different things I had to deal with. And so I think if there’s anyone who should be talking about acceptance in business, it’s probably me. So let’s start. So as I mentioned, I had systems that caught me, and I’m really grateful for those systems, and I think it had to do with the fact that I was investing in systems. From the first day, I really wanted to think beyond just running the business and trying to get clients and trying to like, you know, do the nitty-gritty things that make it an official business, right? I thought ahead, and I wanted to be organized, and I had a CRM, and I actually invested a lot of money in organizing my notion with an expert that was all about systemifying your whole process so that you’re not working so hard. I started automating things with Zapier pretty really, you know, early on, and also he helped me take that off my plate. You know, sort of like having to plug in how much money people put in or how, you know, doing all of the receipts and things like that. I realized it’s just not in my personality to follow up and be consistent, and I didn’t want that to happen to me. I didn’t want to turn around and be like, “Now I have to do all the receipts of, you know, whatever, all year.” So I hired Tamima, who you guys might know because she was a client and also a podcast guest and also an amazing friend. I hired her to automate. When somebody pays, they get automatically a receipt, and it goes on the Israeli system, and I do not have to touch it at all. And also, it is sent back to my CRM to tell it that you paid so that it is recorded under your name. So now when I go and open your card, I have you and your information, and then I also have how much you paid and how many meetings we had because I take notes every time we sit down to meet. And so like everything’s so organized. And that happened on purpose. It wasn’t like, oh, it just, you know, so nice that somebody invented a system that works for me. I, I didn’t find that any of these like pre-made templates or systems were good enough for a person whose brain works differently. And so I built it myself with very helpful people along the way who were experts and were able to help me. So I’m really grateful I did that because there was a lot of things that were technical that I did not have to worry about and I didn’t have to deal with. I can’t imagine going through grief and having to sit down and do receipts. Like that just, ugh, it feels like it’s like my whole stomach is like in a one big knot just saying that. And it allowed me and it freed me to be able to do all the other things that I did, which was I did serve my clients. I showed up for them. I did record podcast episodes, and you guys probably have been hearing them throughout the year. We didn’t take off much time. There were weeks that weren’t full, right? So like we skipped here or there because there just wasn’t the energy available to record. But on the big picture and in the looking back now a year later, I think that as crazy broken as I thought I was and as dysfunctional as I saw myself, I actually did a lot of work realizing that I wasn’t. I wasn’t that bad. It wasn’t that bad. I felt dysfunctional and I felt like it wasn’t working and I felt like I wasn’t showing up for people. But in reality, I showed up to all of my clients fully and I’m really proud of myself. And I think it was healing because they were there for me and I was there for them. And just having them made me excited about getting up and doing the things I needed to do in order to get to the Zoom call on time. And so that was really healing. So thank you clients. I love you very much. I also had discovery calls and I was open to working with new people, which was really fun because there were a couple of people who found me through the systems, right? Like I was talking about the systems that caught me. So one of the things I put into place is you should be able to schedule a discovery call without me having to give you the link or without me having to run after you. And I put that in place the year before this happened. Like, you know, throughout the year I, I signed up for a coaching program that helped me set up a funnel that would welcome you and then send you on to scheduling a discovery call. And I got, I think three discovery calls in the middle of August after a month that I completely took off and did not have anything to do with my business. Suddenly my calendar had people scheduling and showing up and actually buying. So that was really fun to see that the work that I put in is actually paying off and to realize that God was really preparing me for catching me, you know, for like me being able to fall into his hands and not feel like everything’s crashing and everything’s gone, everything’s out of control. It really was really, really Sweet. I was grateful. I feel like it was a gift. So those a- are, again, more systems that really caught me. Another thing I did a couple of years ago on my podcast… So first of all, I started my podcast by doing lives. I just went live on Facebook, and I invited people, and we did lives every week, and it was really fun. And we went live and actually interacted with the listeners, which was really great. And then eventually, I decided to take those lives and repurpose them as a podcast because I realized all my friends are telling me I have to open a podcast. A lot of my, the people I looked up to had podcasts. And when I did this exercise that somebody told me to do, which was, like, write down five people who are successful, and then write down what they do and why you think they’re successful, most of them had podcasts. And to me, that felt like a success. Like, it felt like, wow, you have a podcast, and it’s running, and it’s successful. And, and that makes you successful. So in my mind, having a podcast would bring me up a level. And so as I am, like, nine months pregnant, I finished recording a bunch of podcast episodes, and I hired a virtual assistant, who was very sweet and took… Like, it was very easy work, right? She already… She took what was already recorded and put it into the podcast, right? All I had to do was set up the podcast and put in the picture and the words and whatever, like pay for the hosting, whatever it was. And then all she had to do was take the recording and, you know, put it on the podcast. Take the recording, put it on the podcast. And I had recorded enough ahead of time that I wasn’t worried about having to start recording right after I had the baby. So actually, the podcast and my baby happened on the same week, which was really fun. And it feels A little bit overwhelming to think that five years have passed by from that day. So like, even though I, I started recording, you know, more than five years ago, but like it was born five years ago, and that is crazy. It makes me so proud. It makes me completely shocked. And you guys may have heard me say that I did not see myself as a consistent person and it was hard for me to be consistent and hard for me to do things that are consistent, like pray every day. And I wasn’t consistent at making supper on time every day. And I just like, there’s things in my life that made me feel very broken and very not like everyone else. And of course, people around you like to point it out because they think that if they point it out and make you feel bad about it, that somehow you’re magically going to become consistent. And let me tell you, spoiler alert, it doesn’t work. It just makes you feel worse. So for years, for years, for years, I had this image of myself as a non-consistent person. And having this podcast running every single week is the coolest thing because I didn’t have to be consistent. I just had to record and make sure that there’s something to put up eventually. So in the beginning I sort of like grabbed whatever topic had to do with marriage because I am a marriage coach for women in business. And so if somebody had a specialty in decluttering, I’d be like, “Let’s do decluttering and marriage.” And then if somebody had a specialty in sleep, you know, they’re a sleep coach and I’m like, “Let’s do sleep and marriage. How does sleep affect marriage? How does marriage affect sleep and it was like really fun to play that game of like what topic do you feel like an expert in and how can we bring it into marriage? And the conversations became really interesting. Eventually I came up with my four pillars, which was God, marriage, business, you. And I’m doing this because God is at the core, marriage and business have to work together and you are the container that holds all of it. And those are my four pillars. From that moment on when I came up with it, uh, it was in 2021 I just went with it because it felt so deep and so aligned, and it came out of me, and I even made a physical design of it in my hands, but also on paper. What does this mean and how do we serve G-d with all these parts of our lives, and how do we create the container to hold all of it while still having space to breathe and live and do all the things? So that became my thing. And a total tangent, my business, from the beginning when I was trying to figure out a name, I was brainstorming with my sister on the phone, like, all day, all day, trying to find, like, do they have this name available for a website, and is this name a good name, and is this, and whatever. We came up with a million names. And I remember, like, this is, like, now going back a little, I remember hearing Rachel Rodgers talk about her book, and it was, like, We Should All Be Millionaires. And she said that she could have written so many books along the way, but there was something about in her depth of her stomach, there was this thing that said, like, “You have to write the book about your forever topic.” You know? You can write a book about anything, like coming out of debt or buying a house, or I don’t know, how to afford whatever, how to grow your business. There was a million things she could have talked about. But like, what is the one thing that fires you up so much that, like for the next 100 years you could just blab about it forever, and this is the thing that makes you come alive? And I realized that I could name my business something about marriage or something about, you know, all these things that light me up. But really, the thing that lit me up the most was being connected to God on a very practical level. Like, how to bring God into your life every day, all the time, just breathing God, seeing God, feeling God, hearing God, understanding God. Like, those were the things that really, really lit me up. And I wanted to connect it to marriage, ’cause obviously my specialty and the thing that I believe in the most, like, when you wanna move the needle, focus on your marriage. Really, such a good place to start. And so I called it Connected for Real. And when I came up with that name, my sister was like, “Yes.” And I felt, “Yes.” Like, there was this “Yes” that came up. That was after a brainstorm of days and days of looking up, like, “Is this available? Is that available? Blah, blah, blah,” whatever. The franticness, I remember it so clearly, and the relief of like, “Wow, we just figured it out,” that’s the name. So Connected for Real became my business name, and then when I started my podcast, it just was obvious for me to name it The Connected for Real Podcast. And then eventually, I was working, with a coach who went on vacation. And so instead of her canceling our weekly meeting, she allowed her tech assistant to coach us about tech instead. And it was so interesting, because out of all of the things I learned in that program, this was the thing that changed my whole business the most, which was I showed up and I said, “I want to systemify my podcast to the point where I can really plan it ahead and not feel like I’m fumbling for guests or I’m fumbling for to- Uh, topics or I don’t know what. And it was her that gave me back the feedback of, “You already have the four pillars, and y- there are four weeks in a month. Why don’t you use the four pillars as the four weeks, and then just pick a topic and come at it from four different angles?” And I loved it, and I, I just went, I went crazy. My head just started, like, seeing it. And, you know, one time I was explaining it to one of my guests, ’cause any time I have a new guest, I have to explain the process so that they can pick the topic that works best for them. And I said to someone, and she said, “It’s like sefirat haOmer,” like counting the Omer, right? Where it’s like Chesed, Gevurah, Tzedakah, and Shekhinah. Like, it felt like a system that actually exists in the world, and you just put it into this mini system. It was very exciting when I figured it out and I started putting it into action, and I planned out… This was, the reason why I wanted to do this was I was pregnant with, uh, Meira Who’s number eight, right? Remember, the other, the other kid is five years old, so he’s number seven. So Meira is two years old, and she’s number eight. So anyway, in preparation for the birth and for wanting to take off and not have to record any podcast episodes when I’m, like, trying to figure out with a baby, I wanted to come up with the next whole year. That was my goal. I wanna do all the podcasts for the next year ahead of time so that I don’t have to fumble, and I closed the entire year in the first two months just recording and planning and finding guests. And it blew my mind that a system could be so strong that it frees you up like that, and it gives you the freedom to just throw at people a topic and how they could just, like lean into it, and it makes for such good conversations. Also, because we’re talking about the different pillars and how they interact with this topic, a lot of times there were, like, completely different things that came up about the same exact thing, and it’s very cool. Um, and so, you know, it started with money and time and food and whatever, and it went on and on about all these different topics that people wanted to talk about and then came at it from different angles. It was so fun. So that is to tell you about another system that has saved my life, and thank God, it continues to save my life because, as we said, when the murder happened, I already had pre-recorded most of the year coming, like a lot of months ahead. So I didn’t have to feel like everything’s broken. It gave me this stability that something is working, and it’s okay. And there were, as I said, weeks that we just let it go, and that was the acceptance part, where it’s just like, take a deep breath, accept that there was something big happened. It wasn’t even just a personal tragedy. It was a worldwide tragedy. Everybody heard about it. Everybody prayed about it. Everybody cried about it. Everybody felt it so deeply, and people still to this day, when they get on the Zoom, either for a discovery call or for, a connect call or just, you know, to become a guest on my podcast, the first thing they do is like, ” I feel it so deeply.” And it makes me feel, which is what’s going to be coming, you know. I’m talking about all the things at once, but it really makes me feel like we are part of something bigger, and that is what is to come. So if you are a little bit curious about what’s coming, here’s what’s coming. That was a weird transition, but I’m going to go with it because this is what it is. Real life, let’s do it. So what’s coming now is there is going… This is acceptance, right? So we’re in acceptance. There was acceptance with G-d, acceptance in marriage, acceptance in business is this one. Woo-hoo, we talked about my business and how I had to accept the fact that, like, it is what it is, and also accept that thank G-d I had the systems to receive me and sort of hold me. And there’s going to be a lot more things I can accept. I definitely, did a lot of work to accept not only the bad stuff that is hard and, oh, I didn’t, you know, I didn’t get it together, there were things that fell through the cracks, but also acceptance of what did work, and I think that is something that’s really powerful. My daughter was just reminding me that what you focus on grows, and we were so focused the whole year on what’s broken and how we’re not functional and how things are just not working and how hard we’re trying to get up and not really fully function. Like, your brain is, like, on half mode, and, like you’re functioning on the outside, but on the inside you’re like, “Uh, I’m not really sure if I’m here or not,” right? And, like, there’s this fogginess. Thank G-d, thank G-d, my biggest prayer towards the end of the year was that, like, we should be able to put a line on the sand and move away from that feeling. ‘Cause it makes sense in the first year, but then after the first year, they say always, the first year is hard, the second year is harder. So I totally validate that. It is definitely harder, but in different ways. And I wanted the first year to, like come to an end and come to a close. And I became very intentional about what is going to help me. ‘Cause everybody has different things that are going to help them move on. The thing that’s going to help me move on is connecting to G-d in the most intense way that I know, which is going up to the Temple Mount, and I do it b’tahara, in purity. I bring friends who want to go up and want to go for the first time. If you’re interested, definitely let me know. I’m probably gonna go up on Monday. So this thing is coming out on Sunday. If you want, really wanna come, then you have to be in touch before, uh, before Sunday night. I went up to Har HaBayit, the Temple Mount, on her one year, the one year anniversary of her murder, on her yahrzeit. And I I just threw myself on the ground in prayer in, you know, hishtachavayah, which is the way that you bow, and is the only place you’re allowed to bow in that way, and it is the highest way to pray, so it was very powerful. And I basically just, like, threw myself on the floor, hands straight, feet straight, forehead to the ground, and I said, “G-d,” “really, really, really, I need you to help me. Pick me up and dust me off and help me live the rest of my life.” It is so important for me to make this line solid enough that I don’t fall backwards and don’t get sucked back into the drama of the year and the things that were going on. So I prayed that day for me and for all of the world, and all of you people, and all of my clients. It was very fun. By the way when I go up, I pray for my clients, and that’s one of the things one of the ladies who I worked with, so she said, ” that is the perk I like the most,” you know? Like, “Of all the things working with you, I love that you pray for us.” So that was very cute. Um, then two weeks later, I still felt the need to go up again and commemorate the baby who survived two weeks and then passed away. And, you know, if let’s say in my mind, Tzeela, her legacy was that we’re all so united, and that we’re all part of something bigger, and that we think we’re one person, we think that we’re just doing our lives, and we think that we’re just doing the thing we’re doing, and really we are shaking worlds, and we are connected, and we’re all one. And, like, the fact that so many people from so many backgrounds, from so many places, emotionally, physically, spiritually got together and felt it in the same way was very powerful for me, and it really hit home. And then the baby represented for me the power of prayer and how, again we all united. Everybody prayed for this baby. I don’t know any community that did not pray for Ravid Chaim ben Tzeela. Hashem yikom damo. And so I wanted to commemorate that too. And so I went to mikveh again, the ritual bath. I went up the next day, and I happened to be there on a very quiet day. There was only six people who went up in that group. Most of them just wanted to stay to themselves, and so we sort of each had our own experience on Har HaBayit. The place was empty, and it was so powerful. And again, I walked in and I said, “This Aliyah should be in the m- memory of Rav Chaim Ben Tzeela, and to the rest of my life.” Really I wanted so badly to get up and continue moving, and get up and live, and get up and just be alive. So powerful when you want something so badly, how much you pray for it and how much it means to you. So those were the two times I went up in a row, and then I ended up also going three weeks after that in memory of Hallel Yaffa Ariel. I don’t know if you guys remember, but 10 years ago she was murdered in her bedroom in Kiryat Arba next to Hebron. And that sort of brought me full circle, ’cause I remember when that happened, and I was pregnant, and I was very sensitive, and I didn’t want to know the details. And slowly I met the parents and I started going up to Har HaBayit with the mother. And so it feels like I felt very connected to that and I wanted to go up with them. So that was a completely different experience because there were, like, what was it? 100 people? I think it was 100 people, and we stayed for two hours. And there was w- you know, prayer and singing and women’s circles where we like, you know, prayed together and, and created this amazing, amazing… I don’t know. I don’t know how to explain it. You stand there, and you’re in the most holy place, and you’re with the most amazing women, and everybody shares something, and there’s, like, this ping pong energy. I hope, I wish, I pray that you get to experience that. Be’ezrat Hashem, amen. So I went up with them, and it was such a completely different experience, and also it wasn’t personal to me, but still I felt like I was part of it because it was something that, again, was something so global and something that happened that was so mind-blowing. And that experience of then everybody got to speak and, you know, all these big rabbis came up because it was a big deal It was a very interesting experience. So those three ascensions were very powerful for me, and they helped me get up, dust myself off, and move on. Now, it would be completely untrue if I told you, “From that day on, I felt completely alive and had no sad days,” and like, you know, like everything just like whoo. But no obviously there’s still a process that your body is going through, and there’s still something that is pulling you down that you’re fighting. But I felt a lot more power and a lot more desire to want to get out of it and get up and move on and just sort of pull myself together. So I started thinking, I really started thinking about what’s next. So first thing, as I told you, we are doing a five-year anniversary to the podcast because, as I said, being able to accept what is is also being able to celebrate it, and for me, celebrating this gigantic milestone feels like a miracle. I, who did not think of myself as consistent, have been consistently doing this thing, even though I didn’t have to do it consistently, right? I could record three podcasts in one week and then not have to record pretty much until next month. So that felt really cool that I sort of hacked the system. Like I’m consistent without being consistent. So that was very fun. By the way, also like I became consistent about praying. That was like the first thing that pushed me over the edge, of opening up this business. If you go back to my YouTube channel, and you go all the way to the first video, it was about being consistent, and it was how I sort of like broke through this consistency belief. So anyway, to celebrate the five-year anniversary of the Connected for Real podcast, we are doing a giveaway, and I wanted to do like this raffle that would have gifts, and it would be so cool. And I sat down with my assistant, who I absolutely love. You guys probably know her ’cause she got on here a couple times to be my guest. It was really fun. We sat down and thought what would be the best gifts and We came up with the four pillars ’cause I was like, “We already have them.” And they’re so practical, I wanna be able to give a gift for each pillar. And so I started thinking, “What is the gift for G-d? What do I want for you to have that is physical that will help you connect to G-d?” And the obvious thing was my favorite book Sha’ar HaBitachon, which is The Gate of Trust. I think that if any person who is running a business does not have this book or read this book or understand this book or internalize what it says, they cannot be running their business in the easiest, most comfortable way possible, right? Like, let it be easy. This is the book to let it be easy. It connects you to Hashem, to G-d, in such a strong and clear way, and makes things so powerfully clear that you don’t have to overwork, you don’t have to overcomplicate, you don’t have to try harder than you already are. You just live, and it’s so good. So it is such a great book. I received it as a gift from Yael Trusch, and I thought this was one of the biggest life-changing gifts I received, and so I want that to be the gift for G-d, for, you know, for the G-d pillar. Also the gift for G-d, but you know, the pillar of G-d. So then I thought, “What can I do for the pillar of marriage?” I thought first to give a one-on-one with me ’cause that makes sense. You would get… You know, move your marriage along. Or maybe I could give you the Intimacy Masterclass, which was a prerecorded video that I made, and it was really great. It was a class I ran, I think, three times and then made it into a bundle. But there was something in me that felt like it wasn’t there yet, so I had to wait with it, and then it came. I’ll tell you about it in a second. I’m giving it to you, like, in the way that it was, okay? Not holding back on any of the behind-the-scenes. Then for business, it came right away to me. Everybody wants this. In my program, there is a series that I created called How to Run Your Business Like G-d Runs His World, and it is one of the most powerful series that I have created because nobody talks about this, but your business is a system that is working for you, and G-d created this world on purpose and has systems in it and has, you know, time management and, and delegation and all, all these things. So we are discussing business stuff from the lens of how G-d runs the world. It is one of the most powerful series that I have, and I get so much feedback on it. And I’ve never given this for free because it really is very valuable, and I don’t think it’s a freebie at all. It is a real powerful gift. So I decided that would be the thing. So the winner is going to get access to How to Run Your Business Like G-d Runs the World, and it’s a bunch of videos that talk about time management and systems and so on. And then for you, I thought this would be the easiest one because all the things that feed your soul and feed you and sort of take care of you, like wouldn’t that be fun? So I started talking to some of the people who I know who do things that are really fun for you, and I ended up getting two, two of my favorite people who offer products. So Judith Imbar is a natural skincare expert. I worked with her when I was a graphic designer. Like, that’s how far we go. She found me, I designed her stuff. It was so fun. I helped her get herself approved in the Ministry of Health. It was such a fun journey. I absolutely love her stuff, and it feels good and it smells good. It’s really great. So I asked her if I could buy her stuff to gift to you, and she agreed. So she’s really awesome, and she gave me a discount so that it’s like win-win for both of us. She’s amazing. And then the second person I thought of was Marcy Rapp, who is an amazing person. I wish I could have her on my podcast, but she says she doesn’t like talking on podcasts. She started her business here in Israel when they made Aliyah late in life, and she’s figured it out, and she is such an inspiration of resilience and of just flexibility and her ability to just go with the flow and accept what is and not fight reality. She’s really, really great, and she makes Marcy’s, Modest Swimwear, and I asked her if we could have one of her swimsuits. So she asked what size, and I was like, “Wait, whoever wins is gonna tell me what size, and then we’ll send them one.” So you guys are going to get all these gifts. Anyway, back to marriage. I was still sitting there wondering what G-d wants me to do with this marriage thing, and My other assistant, I have two, in the Philippines, she suggested doing a game, like a marriage game, a communications game. And I thought, “That sounds awesome, but how are we going to do that?” And we started brainstorming, and let me tell you, it just came to me one night that I communicate with my husband very weirdly because my brain is weird, and my husband, thank God, is very nice about it and is not making fun of me or making me feel bad about it, but really just, like learning the language that I speak and able to just flow with it. He gets so much credit for this. And so I started designing a card game that was all about communicating without words and not having to put words to the emotions or the complicated mixed emotions and just being able to show it. And when I showed it to my other assistant who’s here in person, she also is my friend She like blew up, was like, “This is amazing. I need it for my kids, I need it for my life, I need this so badly.” So it’s so cool. I could already see this going viral. I’m very excited. I feel like it was a download. I could not have thought of this myself. Thank G-d I have, again, set myself up with the system of having the support and the bounce back that I need in order to thrive. And so I have these people around me who are excited about the same things and are throwing back ideas, and I get to sort of like pick and choose what I like. Again, like so cool. But also I’m really grateful to G-d that in the middle of the night I just had this idea and I’m flowing with it and going with it, and nobody else has ever done it. So I don’t know, it’s just very cool. So you, winner, are going to be the first person to get the game before it goes live, before it goes, you know, for sale. And this way you’re going to be able to give feedback and have it in a physical form and also play it and just enjoy your life. Then I thought, wait, we gave them a gift for every pillar, but we didn’t give them a one-on-one with me, which is like the most powerful thing I could offer. So I put that also in, ’cause I was like, “You can’t, you can’t leave that out. That’s like the bonus.” So you get that also as the bonus. So all together, I counted six gifts, which blows my mind, ’cause I think it’s a little awesome. I was gonna say like over the top, but that’s just how I am. So it feels aligned, ’cause I am over the top and I always over deliver, but also it feels awesome. Like if I won this thing, I’d be so happy. I would be so, so excited. So, so excited. So this is exciting for me, and this is all happening starting August. So as soon as July is over, you are going to start seeing that the podcast is taking on a celebratory, garb, you know, putting on the celebratory dress for this occasion, and we are celebrating five years to the fullest. So part of that is the giveaway, but also part of that is the top 10 episodes of all times. And Aviva and I, my assistant, went through so many old podcast episodes just to find the best ones, and also we were looking at the numbers, we were looking at the feedback, we were looking at what people really loved and Wanted to hear more of, and we’re bringing those back. We’re sort of resurfacing. If let’s say you only came in on year three, you should be able to hear some of the old ones. If you came recently, you know, you’ll hear the best ones right off the bat. So this is a great place to come in to my world. I am so excited about the top 10 episodes of all times that you’re going to be hearing throughout August and September. And the reason why we did that is because it’s impossible to give you just the top five. I was thinking, let’s just do top five and do only August. No, there’s no way. There’s no way. We had to do top 10. There was just so many good ones. So you’re going to hear, starting August, a little bit of a different introduction, a little bit of a different vibe to the podcast ’cause some of them are old, and all together, I’m really excited about it. So here are the things that I want from you. Oh, ooh, I forgot to give you the, the big secrets things. Whatever. Let me just tell you what I want from you, and then I’ll tell you the secrets. Number one, I want you to sign up for the giveaway. As soon as it goes live, I want you to sign up, I want you to share it, I want you to tell everyone because the sooner people sign up, the sooner they will get the emails about the podcasts. They’ll be able to sign up for the podcast and subscribe. They’ll be able to watch the YouTube channel, and subscribe there and maybe watch some of those. You get extra entries for everything that you do. So if you share it with your friends, you get three entries. If you sign up to hear the podcast, you get a bunch of entries. Basically, you are Raising your chances of winning. Isn’t that cool? Get a bunch of chances to win. I thought it was fun. I love the gamification of it because I like games, as you know. And also, I’m very motivated by winning. Like, if there’s something that somebody is giving away and I can win, I wanna win. And so I would do things for winning, and I think this is worth winning. So I highly recommend that you go sign up, win, and then tell me how your life is doing after you get all these good things. Um, so seriously now, what is coming next next? After we finish all that, I’m going to be opening up a group program. I used to think that I don’t wanna do group programs anymore, ’cause I had masterminds, and I loved them, and it was great, but I think the thing that was missing in them was the amount of people that really are necessary for a group program. They were very small and very intimate, and so it, it was difficult to have the amount of energy that I was looking for in a group. But this time it’s going to be different, because this group program is pretty much blowing up the entire industry. It’s never been done before. I am so excited about it. I’m not saying anything. I’m keeping it a secret. But if you are the type of person who sees yourself in the room with me and other people like me and wants to be part of that, then you could tell me, and I will put you on a personal secret list of the first people to find out, because you deserve that. If you reach out and you raise your hand, you get in first. It’s just how it works. And usually I have, like, a lower price for people who are, you know, the people who get in on the top floor, first floor, ground floor. That’s what it is. People who get in on the ground floor. Um, so that is what’s happening. It’s gonna be sold out, so be careful and be ready and be wise, and let me know if you’re interested. And the reason why I became open to the idea again of group is, as I said, I was focusing for the last couple years on one on one. And I’ll tell you, my one on one isn’t going anywhere yet. I don’t know what will happen to it once the group program hits and things just evolve and maybe it needs to change at that point. But right now, Balance for God’s Sake is my signature program, okay? And it is where I help women become as successful as they’re called to be while building a business they’re proud of and a marriage they love coming home to. Basically, Balance for God’s Sake is creating balance in your life for God’s sake. Not because you want more space for yourself, not because you need more air to breathe, not because you’re overwhelmed and you’re sick of it. Like, really for a higher level and a higher reason. And when women come work with me, there is this automatic shift that happens as soon as you sign up that creates this higher level consciousness because you signed up for something bigger, for G-d, not for you. So obviously, you’re the one who gets the win because you’re gonna have more space, and you’re gonna have more air, and you’re going to have all the parts of your life sort of fall into place, and you’re going to be able to contain all of it and expand yourself to have more space to breathe and live. I said that already, but we’re gonna just go with it. That is Balance for G-d’s Sake. It’s a three-months program. You come and get full one-on-one support, like everything, with WhatsApp support and access to all of my programs, everything. And I was very excited about this because my goal is to help you expand yourself and create that container, right? Like, become the vessel. And then when Tze’ela was murdered, what I realized was that we’re not just individual vessels expanding ourselves and containing all this goodness. We are part of something bigger. And I’m not saying what the program is called, but it has to do with that. And the energy and the effect of putting all these people who are ready to expand themselves, but also ready to come out of themselves for something bigger and ready to be here on a higher level of consciousness and really show up in that way, that was really calling me because it’s the next level of what I’m doing anyway. I felt like we’ve created all these amazing, strong people who are able to leave the mud and leave the blaming and shaming and drama and garbage and bleh, and then just sort of, like, breathe and stand up straighter and hold themselves up and have a stronger backbone and core. And now all these amazing women are They don’t know each other. They are not sure what to do next, and so I feel like I need to lead that. So that is the top-secret project that is happening after the entire top 10 episodes of Celebration, and don’t tell anyone because I’m not telling anyone yet. But if you wanna be in, then just let me know. You can be on my email list. You’ll probably find somewhere down below to, like, let me know. And as soon as the giveaway comes out, just sign up Sign up. The earlier you sign up, by the way, the more entries you get, because you can get an entry for every day. So it’s like, I don’t know, it’s bananas. I signed up for this program, I paid the money, and I was like, “You take care of all the tech.” And I’m so happy I did, because just as a secret, okay? We think these things are so expensive. We think these things are so overwhelmingly like, “Ugh, I can’t do that. I have to do it all myself.” It was like $49, okay? It wasn’t like break-the-bank crazy, and then I took it off my back. I didn’t have to come up with the system, and I didn’t have to come up with how to do it, and I didn’t have to come up with like the technicalities of giving you more entries for every time you something or rather. Like, just go and get someone who already built it, and let them do it. So you know, I was just like, “Shh, don’t tell anyone.” I’m cutting corners. You know, by the way, while we’re talking about acceptance in business, my sister once told me… Actually, she made a reel about this, and it was really, really brilliant, and I’m giving her full credit because she is amazing. By the way, my sister, Lilach Saperstein, Dr. Lilach Saperstein, she is so cool. Okay. So now that I gave her a lot of embarrassment in this introduction, um, she’s just that awesome. I love her. Anyway, she made this reel about a square, a paper, and she says, “How are you supposed to do all the things? You can’t. You’re human.” So what we tend to do is we tend to just, cut a corner that is the weakest corner or the one that will be the most forgiving, and then we just cut, cut, cut, cut, cut, and we end up, like, m- you know, sort of like cutting into our lives. Eventually, you’re gonna feel it, that, like, you neglected your, I don’t know, whoever, your best friend many times in a row. But she said, “What if you cut corners every time in a different corner? Like, what if you always eat healthy, but when it’s, like, you know, I don’t know, finals time,” she was talking to students, right? “Finals time, you cut this corner and just buy pizza. And then what if, this one time you tell your friend, ‘I can’t meet with you. We’re gonna have to cancel,’ and you cut this corner. And then what happens when you cut this corner, and you’re just, like, less whatever about this one thing that really matters to you? But, like if every time you cut a different corner, you end up very well-rounded, and that’s the point. The point is to preserve the core and make sure that as you’re being human, and you need to cut corners because it’s just how it is, you cut corners in different places all the time, and you’re constantly making sure that you are well-rounded, that you’re not cutting too much into one side.” I love that. I thought it was genius, genius. So here I am cutting a corner about something that doesn’t really matter to me right this minute because I have other things to do, and maybe other times I’m not gonna wanna spend the $49, and I’m gonna wanna do it myself because there’s a reason for that or because it makes more sense. But, you know, that’s not the case right now. So it’s just like I love how I’m pulling all these things together. Also, because I don’t have a guest, I don’t even have time to, like, sit and breathe or drink water. Like, you know how when the other person’s talking, you’re like, “Mm-hmm”? I go like, “Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.” So I can’t do that now, even though I just did, because I’m thirsty This is so fun. I thought that recording by myself would be boring or overwhelming or drag on, but I’m actually having fun talking to you because I feel like you’re listening to me. I feel like I’m right here in your ears having a conversation with you, and it feels really nice. I’m just being myself and I’m just being human and I’m just being normal, and I love that you’re just, like listening and nodding and being like, “Yes, I love that about you, too.” Thank you. Thank you for listening. Thank you for being in my life. Thank you for making this business even available, because if I didn’t have the people listening, and if I didn’t have the people following, and if I didn’t have the people on my email list what would I have? I don’t know. Nothing. I could not be showing up to an empty room, so I appreciate that you are in the room, and I appreciate you for being so loyal and so consistent in listening even though… It really is so beautiful, right? Like, even if you cut corners and didn’t listen to most of them, like, when you come and you do show up, it sounds so fun, right? It’s like you, you gain something out of it, and there’s always something to learn. So I’m really grateful for you, and I wanted to just say that. And of course, I’m grateful to God because He gave me this life, and He made me want to live, and He made me want to come alive, and He’s pushing me to get out of my comfort zone and not just wanna stay small and use the, you know, the whole murder thing as an excuse of, like, “Okay, from now on, I’m just gonna sit here on the side and let things just, like, sort of roll.” I’m so grateful that He puts this desire in me to wanna do more because I think it would be a shame if I sat back and let things take over. I think, there’s some big things coming through me, and I’m fully ready. I’m so excited to bring them on. So, we talked about a lot of really important things today. Thank you for listening. Thank you for being with me. You tell me what comes up for you when you talk about acceptance in business, ’cause there’s so much that I could be talking about, but, like, this is what came up for me, and so this is what I’m talking about. Uh, and I’m, I’m very happy to hear what comes up for you and if you would have talked about something different. And if you wanna be on the podcast and you wanna be a guest and you’re like, “Why am I not her guest?” Then just send me an email. Really I am such a nice person. I will usually say yes to most people. So if you have an idea for a guest, and if you wanna be a guest, reach out. You never know. I love you. Thank you for hearing me, for listening to me, for being attentive to me. Thank you for holding me through this difficult situation and accepting where I am in business. And thank you for showing up for yourself and showing up in your business and in your life and in your marriage. And yeah it’s very amazing how God put us all here to, like try to figure it out, and we’re all doing such a good job figuring out together. Oh, and you know what? I’m gonna end with a CTA. My call to action right now, in this moment when you’re listening to this, schedule a discovery call. Come and work with me. This is the best time, the best time to join ’cause there are bonuses for the holidays. Anytime I do anything before the high holidays, I always give a bonus. There are extra time and extra things you get. It’s very cool. It’s very worth it. And right now, the dollar is pretty low, and the price is very accessible. So I would say take the opportunity. Schedule a discovery call. In the discovery call, by the way, it is a free call. You get on, you show up, and I ask you a bunch of questions. What do you really want, and where are you going with this, and What is the thing that you think you can’t do but you actually know you need to do? And then we make a plan, a roadmap for how to get there, okay? It’s very cool. I know that you know. I know there’s like a knowing that “Oh, if I just could like do this,” or, “But I don’t have the time and I don’t have the energy and I don’t have the right support and I don’t have, and I don’t have.” And it’s like, no, no, no. Give it a chance. Be willing to want it, and get the right support, and God will guide you. Really so powerful, so powerful. So you come, you are with me for 60 minutes. We create a roadmap for what you need to do next, and then you can either take that roadmap and do it yourself or come work with me. And until that point, you haven’t paid a penny. You just get this amazing discovery call. But if you are ready and if you are committed to actually moving forward, this is such a good time to start. Really. Anytime. You know what? I’m gonna even make a bonus right now. If you schedule a discovery call this week, then you will get an extra one-on-one with me. That is crazy. That’s so valuable. I can’t even believe I’m saying that. My goal right now is for four people to take me up on that, and I’m hoping only four people do. ‘Cause that’s a lot to give away for free. But like yalla, you know it. You know it. You deserve to be supported fully and to actually have what you need in order to do the thing you’re here to do. And I’m here for you. God is sending me your way so that I can pick you up and take you, like, with me. Yalla. We’re going up. We’re doing it right. And, and I’m so excited. So the call to action is schedule a discovery call. The link is right below. And if you’re looking for it and you can’t find it for some reason, ’cause like I don’t know what, then just go to connectedforreal.com/discovery and you will find it. All the best. Thank you for listening. I can’t wait to work with you right now in this season. Don’t wait, okay? There are so many reasons why you should do it right now. I will be able to explain them all if you get on a discovery call. And I bless you that you should be connected for real. I love you
