Welcome to the Connected For Real Podcast! I’m Rebbetzin Bat-Chen Grossman, a marriage coach for women in business, and my mission is to bring God’s presence into your life, into your marriage, and into your business. Let’s get started.
Welcome everyone. I am so, so excited, Rebbetzin Bat-Chen Grossman speaking. I have been very busy, very away, and I’m excited to be back. I wanted to tell you that even though this is not our new year, I still think that there is an energy of newness and goals and all of the excitement about what are you doing this year.
So I see it as a fiscal new year because that’s what it is. It’s exactly what it is. For me, it’s the beginning of new financial goals. It’s the beginning of planning out what’s coming in the coming year in regards to retreats, in regards to programs. We are traveling to America. Big announcement. We’re going to be there in March,
and we are going to be having a speaking tour, both me and my husband. Some of the speaking engagements are going to be together, the two of us, where we speak about the back story of how we work together on, you know, certain projects and how that’s like, and also I’m going to be speaking about the calm method.
I’m going to be you know, Doing a lot of really cool things. Can’t tell you about them yet because they’re not finalized. And my husband has his speaking engagements for the haga that he wrote. So all this to be, to, to say all this, to say that if you would like us to come and visit you in your. , you know, state or city.
Then be in touch. Don’t feel shy. Please, please, please. I do appreciate that you’re listening. I love when people meet me and say, Hey, I heard you on the podcast, or I saw you on YouTube, or I read all your emails. That fills me up. It feels so good. So I’m so, so excited. and I want you to feel comfortable to send me an email and say, Hey, I’m excited.
I wanna know when you’re, when you’re speaking, I wanna know where you’re speaking, or ask me, will you be speaking in whatever state? Because there’s some really crazy cool places that are in the works. So I’m excited about that. Also, we are going to be hoping, hoping to try to get together another virtual retreat that is free.
I love those. This is gonna be our eighth one, and I’m thinking that it’s going to be in February. So right now the tentative date is February 6th. I’m excited about it because it gives me just enough time to, you know, adjust all the things that I always uplevel. I always uplevel. So it makes me very excited to do another one because I take what I did last time and I, you know, Sort of processed it over to see what works and how I can add to it.
So if you watched my first retreat and then my second retreat, you will see that there’s always improvement. Last, last time we did it, we had our seventh retreat. . The women who were there were blown away because they’re like, this is my third time doing this, and it’s the first time I realized this, or it’s the first time that this clicked, and that’s exactly why you do something multiple times on my end.
That is why I do the same thing over and over again with the retreat. First of all, because I know that it works. I’ve been able to see results with women who just took the free program, just the free seven day retreat. Put their all into it and had miracles happening in their life and tons of clarity.
And I know for myself, when I know that I am going to do it again, then I know that I have to concentrate more on taking notes on what worked, what didn’t work, what I wanna do better, how I want to improve, and it helps me get better and more. Fit for you. So that’s the excitement about the retreat. So retreats happening in February.
We’re traveling in March, and then after we get back is going to be Passover. and that’s gonna be exciting cuz it’s the time that I love the most. It’s one of my favorite holidays. It used to not be, but my husband’s very contagious about this and he made it my favorite holiday. He is so excited about baking matza about all the things that have to do with the mitzvahs.
He is so, so alive when it comes to Passover that I get excited too, and it’s contagious and with the years I started getting into it more and it’s been very exciting. So I’m excited about that. And after Pesach, we have an in-person event. I can’t tell you about it yet, but it’s going to be epic. I loved our in-person retreat in Natanya, and it made me realize a lot of people didn’t come because it was overnight and I wanted to do something that’s not overnight that’s going to be completely
mind blowing epic. Really amazing. So I’ve already spoken to my assistants about it. We’re already getting things rolling for that, and you’re going to hear about it when it gets closer. It is. So great. So make sure that you follow along because that’s gonna be really awesome. It’s going to be specifically for women in business.
Everybody is welcome because you know, there are people, , there was this lady in the retreat who said, I’m not the ideal client, but I love everything you do, and I am so happy I’m here. Right. I understand that you guys like hanging out with me, and I love that also. That’s why the Fly Program became a thing because there are women who are not in business who just want to focus on their marriage and like the way that I teach.
So if you didn’t hear about it, Be in Touch. The Fly program was the Fly Mastermind before it became a program, and basically, instead of making it so expensive and so intense, I have made it a program that you can do yourself with the weekly videos. You’re gonna get an email from me, you’re going to get all the information, and it’s really powerful.
And it’s there for you to, you know, do it on your own time. Of course, I can’t leave you hanging, so you do get three one-on-ones with me, which is super awesome. Very worth it. And there’s going to be three live one-on group sessions. So that’s gonna be also really exciting because then you’re going to get to hear other people, see other people have a live experience of what it is like to have a mastermind session with.
We’re gonna have like a meditation and an exercise. It’s gonna be really fun. You get three of those and what else? Yeah, the whole program is 1497, $1,400 and 97. Dollars, that didn’t sound right. $1,497. It was on sale $997 during Hanukah, and then there was an extension until the 31st. But now we are in January, and so it is full price.
The price will probably go up once the women from the first Wave, start giving their testimonials and then people are gonna be like, oh my gosh, why didn’t I go in? This is amazing. And that’s not to say that you should feel fomo, it’s just to say that there’s a time for everyone and it’s great that you are exactly where you need to be.

Okay, so the Fly Mastermind became a Fly Program that happened last week, , no, two weeks ago right before Hanukkah, the flow Mastermind is still going on. It’s going strong. This is the third year.
I’m super excited about it. I cannot explain to you how powerful it is to have amazing extraordinary women who are actually doing it. you know, they’re actually making it work and they’re focusing on all the parts of themselves, the wholeness, making sure that their marriage is up to where they want it to be.
And if it’s not, what do I do about it? And having the support that they need and who to turn to, it’s just been so amazing. And also, You know all the aspects of their life. We talk about how you’re taking care of yourself and what you could do next, and what does your body want. And we talk about your in-laws and your children and parenting and other relationships, because it’s all about everything.
You know, you can’t be in a vacuum. You can’t say, let’s grow our business. , you know, in this vacuum and everything else will just fall to the side. I don’t believe in that. It can’t be. So the Flow Mastermind is the highest level Mastermind is for the women who are in business, who are actually making it work, who want to make it work even better.
And this is a really great community of women who are up there. Okay, so if you are. right there where where I want you to be, just kidding. Or I want me to be then come hang out with me. It’s also where I share my behind the scenes because I feel like it’s really important to have that in a mastermind.
Okay. I love you all. In the Find Mastermind I didn’t give you any updates about that, but it has been amazing. Tzippy is launching her workshop this week on Monday, and she built it all in three months, which I’m really impressed with her. It’s just been amazing. Another woman in our program got a really great opportunity based on.
All the things we’ve been working on and she got really clear that this is what she wants and just came to her so amazing. So she started this week, which is really great too. And I will give you more updates later. But now I will leave you and tell you how much I love you and how much I appreciate you.
