And we are live. Welcome everyone to the Connected for Real podcast. I’m Rebbetzin Bat-Chen Grossman. I’m a marriage coach for women in Business and successful Careers, and today with me is Rebbetzin Chana Bracha Siegelbaum. Did I say that right? That’s correct. Yay. Yay. As usual, life is so beautiful and God is so funny.
We’re having internet issues, but I really, really didn’t wanna miss this because it’s such a huge opportunity. We’re talking about health and God, and I think you are the best person to have the most exact about this topic. So introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about why we chose this topic specifically, and what you do and all that good stuff.
Okay, so first of all, I think you chose the topic after we spoke a little bit about all what I do, but I was happy it aligned with what I would like anyway to talk about. And so basically just in case people wonder about my accent, I was born in Denmark, but that’s many years ago as you may be able to see.
And I am a Baalat Teshuva. I return it to. Observant Judaism. When I was 19, I came to Israel and I enrolled in a yeshiva, a place for women to women’s Yeshiva, a place for women to study the sacred text of Judaism. And then very quickly I met my husband and we had a lot of fun and we had a baby and everything rolled really quick.
I continued to learn in the Yeshiva for seven years. They had a daycare for the children for free, and it was all in an old city. Very, very special time. And then a lot of different things happened in my life. And so just short story, long or long story short, I ended up in Bat Ayin many, many years later. We came in 1992 toBat Ayin we were the 36th family.
Now there’s more than 250 families. And, but a is a very, very, special community of fellow newcomers to Judaism and people who are very artistic and spiritual, which is how I always looked at myself and why I was attracted to Judaism in the first place. And we didn’t have any of that in Denmark.
So when I first came. On the very first time I visited, Bat Ayin I was in a bus with a whole group of women coming to a special program for women that was given in Bud. And I thought right away, this is what I want I wanna do in Bud, I wanna start a women’s school. So this is just a little bit about myself, not about the topic yet.
I hope that’s okay. Okay, so so a year after I arrived, I started in 19. Not a year after like a few years after, in 1995, I started Midreshet Beerot Bat Ayin and then it was just called, we added the mi for importance and seriousness and ’cause it was a place where a lot of hippie girls would come and a lot of students of of Shlomo Carlebach.
And I wanted to also add the more. Intensive textual study part. So I added Midreshet and we started with eight girls and it gradually became more, and we had some back, you know, some setbacks with Corona with the war. But the Baruch Hashem, we have about 15 students today and we are learning. Text studies with emphasis on women’s studies. I teach personally, I teach. Women in Tanach teach the Kuzari which is a philosophical book about you know, from the Middle Ages. And I also teach Torah and Permaculture as well as Herbal Workshop. And this new semester I’m going to be teaching about Rambam Nutrition and Health, which is also connected to our topic, which we may.
Touch upon slightly. And we have many other teachers, and we also have agriculture, and we have meditative movement. And so it’s a holistic Torah for women on the land, something for body, mind, and soul. So personally, I’m most tuned into Dene, Shama The Soul. And so that’s what brought me to spiritual healing, which I believe, I call it Emuna healing.
This is about. Recognizing that God is the ultimate healer as we just read in a few to portions ago, Ani Hashem, Hashem. God says, I am God your healer. So we recognize in Emuna healing. I learned it from my teacher, Hannah Luke. I took the same course a few times and. Until I also teach the course. I have courses in teaching spiritual healing, if anyone may be interested.
And so we, the emphasis is that I. All healing comes from hashem. All healing is from God. We don’t do anything. It was so liberating. We just, for me, because I’m the kind of person that when I come in front of a class, I have like a 10 page lesson plan prepared. When I come to Emuna Healing, I just come with my open heart to receive from Hashem.
Because it’s all Hashem. I don’t have to do anything. And this affected, it changed my life, realizing that all healing comes from Hashem. Okay. We’re partners in Hashem. We, we, I do take supplements. I do teach about herbs. Herbal workshop. We go out in the, in the nature and, but iron and forage for wild, edible herbs and also.
Edible wheats to use in salads and soups and stir rice because this is all what Hashem has made available for us. So whatever thinks that people use in the world for medicine, it’s all from Hashem. Hashem brought it into the world, and he wants us to work in a team with him. But in spiritual healing, the emphasis is only on Hashem’s healing.
So I supplement that with physical healing of herbs and, you know, and supplements and good diet. I very much go by the rambam, sleeping patterns, eating patterns, food combinations and all that. I have learned the Rambam and I teach about that. But I would like to start from the spiritual level.
So basically it’s about becoming a channel for God’s healing. So there’s three components to that. There is, yeah. I love it. Let’s get into, thank you. I just wanted to like, you know, put this in perspective for everybody who’s new, maybe in the podcast. In here we have four pillars, God, marriage, business, and you.
And we’re focusing on health from four different angles. And this one is the angle of God and health. And I think it was so important for me exactly what you just said. Healing comes straight from God, right? Is our responsibility to do what we can and to tap into that, but it only comes from God. So let’s get into it.
Three parts go. Okay, so since it all comes from God, the main thing is tefilla well, basically the three component of Una Emunaling is Emuna, Tefilla and energy work. So I’ll speak about each one. I’ll start with Emuna. This is Emuna healing. Translate it for people who don’t speak Hebrew. Yeah, so Emuna means faith, or belief.
I really hate the way it sounds. Faith healer. Okay, so please don’t quote me being a faith healer. Okay. ’cause in the Hebrew words, just say so much more. ’cause is connected to the word Emet, which means truth. And it’s true, true belief, true faith. It’s, you know, there is a lot of superstition when you hear the word faith.
It also has connotations of superstitions, which we don’t believe in. So for me, Emuna and Emuna healing is about. Not only saying I believe in God is the healer, you know, that’s easy to say, but to really live with that and to really live with the understanding, whatever happens in my life, because as a Emuna healer I.
I have to express and embody what I’m teaching in my own life. In a way I relate to life and people. So whatever happens in my life is totally from God. And so if you really internalize Emuna faith. True faith. True faith is more correct than faith. Okay? If you really internalize that there is no place to be depressed, there’s no place to be ever annoyed or angry.
Certainly not angry. So nobody has a hundred percent in Muna, okay? I mean, only the very greatest, like Moshe Rabbeinu we’re all striving towards it. So you know, I will not say I never get depressed or I never get annoyed. Or even angry. So I’m not perfect and that’s okay. You don’t have to be perfect. But what you do have to be to be an Emuna healer is you have to work towards it.
As long as you’re working on yourself and and doing your best to. To rise to the challenges and to seek God more and more and more in everything that happens in your life. This, you know, prerequisite for being an Emuna healer. And so this I could testify and my family and friends can, that I, I do the best I can.
And this is also a principle that’s. In Emuna healing, the effort is a hundred percent in our hands, but the result is 0% in our hands. The result is only in Hashem’s hands and that’s part of Una to know that I can just do my best, but what the outcome is gonna be, I have no control. And so let go. Let God is part of Emuna.
Now I do wanna mention that part of Emuna is also believing in myself. I, because I treat a lot of women that do not believe in themself. And I’m sure you have the same thing, Rebbetzin Bat-Chen, like you are empowering women to believe in themself more, to be successful in a marathon, in a business. Isn’t that so? Yeah.
Yeah. And you know what’s interesting? In the beginning when I was considering opening up a podcast, the first thought that came into my mind was, who am I to be doing this? You know, there are people who are greater than me. There’s, you know, all these different things that I could come up with that were like, why would I little me do this?
And I did a meditation with one of my mentors and it was really beautiful. ’cause I act, I actually made a video about this. We drew, I actually drew me standing in public and all the different thoughts coming out. And then I had to address the thoughts. Meditatively as if God was answering and the answer to who am I to do this was, who are you not to do this?
Because if God gave you a job, you go and do it. You don’t say, oh, I don’t think I can. You’re like okay. Yes sir. Coming up, sir. Showing up. And I felt really uncomfortable, but also really confident. Once I realized, this is just my job, I gotta show up. So I got a mic, I’m here, I’m showing up. And I made it possible for me to do by having guests and by making it less about me and more about the person listening, how much can they get out of this?
So it’s really beautiful what you’re saying because the understanding that the effort is a hundred percent on us, we gotta show up. I’m going to come and show up every single day, answer questions, coach people, whatever I need to do, I’m gonna do, but the results are completely not in my hands, which is very hard for people who like to control things.
But it’s such a relief, like you were saying. It’s not me, it’s not me. And that’s what I experienced in Emuna healing. And that changed my life because I think I naturally had a more of a controlling attitude to begin with. But that’s something I’ve been working on for many years as well to let go.
And what you said about. How you felt about starting the podcast? It reflects a hundred percent what I went through before I started my school, and exactly, except I didn’t do the drawing, but I did the meditation and the, and I came to the exact same conclusion. Who am I not to do it? I’m called Hashem is calling upon me to do this work, so this is what I’m meant to do.
For Hashem, not for me. So that is about Emuna. The importance also is to believe in yourself. That you have the ability to do the things that Hashem is calling upon you to do. And especially when you internalize the knowledge. That it is all Hashem then what we are, we are a shaliach a in Hebrew, which means an emissary.
We’re just an emissary for God. And therefore it is not a problem to to, to do more than we think we can do because it’s God doing it through us. And that’s what Emuna healing is about. And I moved to the second thing, which is to feeler prayer. So. Prayer is very, very essential in spiritual healing because if all healing comes from God, in order to bring down God’s healing, what we need to do is to pray to him, to ask him, please bring down your healing.
To be a vessel for that healing. We need to want it. We need to want to receive it from God. Okay, so to be a vessel for Hashem’s healing. I just keep going. All the technical things coming up. I’m like, I dunno how to fix this, but I do thank you, God. So I prayed a little bit for you while I was talking.
That’s also, I’ve done a lot of spiritual healing on technical problems. I have experienced a huge dose of that usually. This was my lesson. When something is very important, there’s a lot of obstacles to it, including with the technology and usually spiritual people are not like the most experts in technology.
It just doesn’t usually go hand in hand. So I go back to, now I’m talking about prayer. So there are regular to second? Second part, yes. We’re finished now. It’s prayer. So there are many prayers in our prayer book, the siddur, and I pray those prayers, you know, as a observant Jewish woman.
But for spiritual healing, we have special prayers. First we have. A prayer to open the channels. And part of what we say is, is really strengthening our una by saying
salvation, I hate the word salvation, but that’s how it’s translated, is like a blink on the eye, on the field. So this, we talk about the energy fields ’cause every human being and even animals and plants have energy. Fields. So we have seven, what’s called auras, which is really a Hebrew word from the Hebrew you know, from the Hebrew word, or, light.
So we have seven, like concentric, I don’t know, not exactly circles, but lines of surrounding lights. One after the other and they correspond to the seven sefirot and the seven lowest sefirot. We have 10 sefirot. What is this sefira? It is a divine emanation. God conducts his world through these sphero or divine emanation.
This is how he manifest in the world and everything in the world. Can really be broken down to the sefirot and each one has a different character, like the highest one is keter. And so it’s interesting that the highest of the ORs is called the Cathar template layer. Ric, just like keta, Keta means crown. Nice.
So this is where. We interface with God, so to speak, that God’s healing comes down through our crown so we don’t have to. The way it is in the Una healing that I learned is we don’t have to worry about every feel, every, every aura. We just, when we say Hashem’s healing, Hashem, salvation is on the fields, it’s the energy fields, and it’s all of them.
We don’t have to worry about which one we are working on, it works in a prayer we call upon it, and then we also say
and Hashem. Salvation is like a blink on the eye, on the pure vessel. That’s the healer. We wanna be the pure vessel and then we say,
I placed before me. Hashem and I do a meditation with the letters of Hashem’s name Hashem. That means the name. That’s what we say. Instead of saying God’s name because it’s very holy and God’s name is spelled with the youth and the, which we never pronounced, not even in prayer. And so, but you’re allowed to meditate on it.
It depends. There’s different opinion. Who’s allowed to meditate on it? What, when, and what. But I’m not gonna go into that. If you have questions, you can ask me privately about that. And so that name is also, I think, the true best way to translate it would be the eternal, because it’s the same letters that spell out hay.
Was, is and will be. So I say this pasuk twice, this is to open the channels. Was, is and will be. I, so I meditative on those letters of the, that spelled out, this eternity of God to really have this awe of God that eternal the Almighty that was, is and will be. And then there’s something very beautiful.
We, we say we make a unification between the masculine and the feminine part of the divine.
His feminine presence, which is something known in Kabala, the Kabul, is to before performing any mitzvah.
Behold, I take upon myself. To keep the mitzvah of to love my fellow as myself, to keep that commandment of loving my fellow as Hashem. So that’s a really beautiful thing. That when we do healing, we don’t do it for the money. Okay? If I wanna do something for the money, I would’ve done a business or something completely.
I don’t do my teaching or my healing for the money. Em, my husband’s a doctor and I never had to worry about the money. Em, and I don’t live. In that sphere of worrying of money, it’s like, it’s just something that is a means to do mitzvot. Like it’s not important for me. And so. I can easily say that because I never had a, a once.
I thank Hashem for it. And so, but we do healing because it’s an expression of loving my fellow human being. Like it’s the greatest love if we can engender healing to someone who’s suffering, whether it’s spiritual, emotional or physical. So this is part of the prayer. Of opening the channels.
Then we have another prayer, which is based on the Ramchal, which is Rabbi by Moshe Chain Luzzato and Italian. Later immigrated to Holland Kabbalist, who wrote a very famous book called Derech Hashem, the Way of God translated by Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan. And so. We have something that’s called the basic prayer that we use that is based on the Hashem on the way of God by the al.
He was born in 17 seven and he didn’t live so long, like most Kabbalists. Yeah. And he also wrote the Messilat Yesharim, right? The path is just Yes. In English. If you want anybody is interested, let me know. We have a. Weekly class on that with with Rebbetzin Rhonda Attar, who’s just unbelievable. So I’m just putting it out there if you’re interested.
There is a free weekly class and there’s also recordings available. Beautiful. So that, and so what we do after we open the channels is we tune into our intuition. So tuning into intuition. Is something you have to believe in yourself too, that you can tune into God’s will. There is such a thing we do have to question and, and not, you know, it, it becomes pure and pure as more you believe in your ability to tune into intuition as more you practice it.
But if we don’t believe that we have such an intuition and you know, everything is just what’s written in books, what other people said we will not be able to. Heal the spiritual healing. Everybody has intuition you know, to various degrees. Especially like a mother will often have an intuition.
How to help her children when they need that help, has she imbued in us? And that’s because our soul, like that’s part of our traditional morning prayer. The so that God. Within me is pure. So I have a spark of the divine within me, and if I can tune into that, I can tune into the divine truth.
And that’s my intuition. It’s just a tiny little drop of kore, which is divine spirit, which is a tiny drop of prophecy, which we will once again have when our holy temple in Jerusalem will be rebuilt. Meanwhile. There’s no prophecy in the world until then. And there is not even exactly Kash divine inspiration, but there is a drop of it in intuition.
And you know, some people are clairvoyant, some people have a gift, but everybody has a drop of it. And it can be honed through practice and through Emuna in that you have that. And so we ask questions to tune into. I usually, I put my hands. So it’s also part of energy work to really be a vessel to receive answer.
Like what’s the, you know, whatever is the problem that this person that she’s telling me her problem, but what’s the underlying problem? And you’ll find that there are. A whole onion rings of underlying problems through every single problem. Maybe I can think of a maybe you represent, give me just like any kind of problem and I’ll just think of some exams of what could be an underlying blockage as we call it.
So what I’m finding from a lot of the, people I’m speaking to lately is the frustration in marriage where the wife is trying to do everything and she feels like the husband has unrealistic expectations about what is possible. So. Let’s say she pushes herself to have the kids fed and washed, and she does, you know, the cleanup a little bit here and there and whatever, and the husband comes home and notices the one thing she didn’t do, or, you know, starts to ask questions about why is the milk out and why are, why is the laundry on the floor and what’s this big mess?
Or why didn’t you do anything all day? Things like that. I think that a lot of people are experiencing a mismatching of expectations where the husband really just wants to help and he’s doing it from a loving place of tell me what the problem is so that I can, you know, assist in whatever way I can.
But to her, it feels like a lot of criticism, a lot of negativity. It’s like, forget it. Go back out. I don’t need you here. Right. I’m finding that to be a little pattern recently of people. It’s interesting people who are saying similar things.
Hey, before we continue the episode, I want to ask you something. Are you ready to get answers from God directly, feel more in love with your husband and more supported than ever? Run the business of your dreams without having to sacrifice any other part of your life? That is exactly what my one-on-one private coaching is for, and I want to invite you, just you and me.
For a free deep dive discovery call, this is a 60 minute free call where I ask you lots of questions and we extract the three main things that are holding you back. I then put together a personalized plan for you where I create a roadmap of recommendations. With practical steps, the call is free and so valuable in itself.
So go book yours today. Now back to the show.
So okay, so that’s a longer story than just a regular problem, but if you already mentioned that, I do wanna say that in the course that I teach to help people become an healer is, there’s one class about, actually about couple therapy and actually it should be called Unity therapy and that we ask questions such as what is blocking? I. Both the husband, first we do the wife, and then we do the husband from accepting his wife a hundred percent. There’s a lot of problems that could be an acceptance.
That’s one of the main thing what’s blocking the husband from? Loving her and that could be a lot of insecurities that the husband has that feeling that she’s not respecting him enough and so it’s blocking him from like going out all the way for her. What is blocking the couple from having a free.
Flowing connection and what’s blocking the couple from having a spiritual connection with God between them. So these are some of the questions we ask. And I see that it’s getting late, so I wanna move into the energy work that I could do. I could give you example in couple therapy, which is one class of the many.
You know, it’s a, it’s a, the course that I offer and I also have recordings is a, is a. 20 hour course, shout out into 10 sessions of two hours each. And so one of the things in the couple is we imagine a string between the husband and the wife. And we really try to tune in. And so when we tune in.
We can try to see what’s blocking, what’s on that string. Maybe the mother-in-law is sitting, sitting on that string. Then we have to use energy work to remove the mother-in-law. We’re using our hand like this or whatever else it is, like maybe the pressure of financial. So we remove that pressure and then we try to, sometimes the string is like one is pulling this way, the other one’s pulling.
That way you could see it, you could feel it when you tune in. So we wanna try to like smooth it out that. You know, it should be not like each one is pulling, that’s the power struggle. Another thing could be that it, the string is very thin. It’s hardly even, like, it’s so weak. So we could try with our hands to strengthen it and imagine like we are adding more body to that string.
And so we use our hands like that. And the hands have power because the 10 fingers also are the channels of the 10, the, you know, this is written in many kabbalistic writing. So through our 10 fingers, we bring forth Hashem’s, emanations, and healing emanation. So energy work is mainly with our hands.
Even if someone has a cold, we can go like this with our hand to just help, you know, heal that cold or in any place. You know, and talking about energy work and talking about motherhood something that is truly energy work that every mother does is when a child comes home with what’s called in Hebrew, a booboo, like a little wound, but booboo is just covers it so much better.
What does every mother do? She’ll kiss the place, oh, it’s gonna be better. She’ll go like that and she’ll kiss it, and that’s. Energy healing part excellence. She’s transferring her love into that. Wound in her child or that little scratch, whatever it is. And that’s what spiritual healing is about.
It’s all about love. It’s being a channel to Hashem’s love. And in our basic prayer that I mentioned before based on by Mo Sato. We pray. Once we found out what the problem the underlying problem is, then we pray for that particular problem. And the way we start the prayer, I’m not gonna say the whole prayer.
Anyone interested can contact me. There’ll be contact information at the end of this podcast. And. What we do is in the beginning of the prayer, we call an
I Ask for your unconditional love. And that is what we know that Hashem has for us. And one of our teachers in said Hashem doesn’t only love you, he’s crazy about you. I heard it from one of the students who heard it from the teacher, and I love that. And I’m like, I’m always teaching that to my students.
Think about it. Hashem is crazy about you. And that gives you a una in yourself as well. And we call on that for healing Hashem’s love, and we tune into that too as the healer to tune into share Hashem’s love with the person that we work on healing. And there’s two more things. Unconditional love.
Acceptance. God accept us where we are at, even when we are not perfect. So we have to accept ourself, but that acceptance is so powerful when we accept other people and. When we accept ourself, it is so healing. So that’s the second thing. And the third thing is infinite light. God is all in offi. God is infinite light.
And everything in spiritual healing is about bringing down the light into the dark places, the dark places within ourself. Where we tense up at the dark places, for example, we call it a blockage because all healing comes from Hashem. And when Hashem created the world with the word for creation is parri re he creates same word as parri healed.
Mm. So every moment Hashem recreates us. And but where is Hashem? Like the Kka rabbi says, wherever you let him in. So if we don’t, if we have blockages that like fears, anger, jealousy, any negative emotion that causes us to block god’s. You know, continuous healing from entering that place in ourself and whatever blockage, whatever fear, fear is.
What I have noticed is the main blockage of the women that I treat. All different fears. Fears that I’m not good enough. Fear. Fear of failure, fear of success, fear of death, fear of life. There’s always the two antipodes of everything. Right. And so we pray for that. That’s underlying, you know, maybe that husband that comes home and he wants to be in control and he’s criticizing because he has a fear that things will like come apart.
Like fears could be very much the underlying. Reasons for everything and blockages. So we pray that Hashem’s healing light will melt away those blockages, those fears, those negative emotions, and that is how we are able to bring healing. You know, besides that, we also do some coaching and some, you know, talking about the issues in a practical terms as well.
To com to compliment the spiritual healing because that’s just what people, you know, need and it’s gotta be practical, right? So so there’s so much more, and I love to come back and be a weekly teacher in as well for you in whatever you want. Wow. Okay. Let me tell you a little bit of takeaways from this.
’cause my mind is blown. I love that you went through it in such a systematic way and give us a lot of the framework of how energy healing works in general. I think a lot of people hear energy healing and they go, woo, crazy, very like non. N not something I can understand, but you made it very understandable.
Thank you. So a couple of of things that were really basic, but also really mind blowing was just the word of creation and health or healing. Right? In Hebrew, only in Hebrew, in the holy language. Of course, of course. You know ri or, you know, ri it’s so, it’s so beautiful. To even, I never thought about it.
I never thought about it. And then when you said, I was like, oh, duh. Right? Like the letters are there, but in my mind, they’re just two different concepts that are not connected at all. And I. I tap into the recreation of the world often because a lot of people will tell me, you know, a lot of my clients are in their fifties and sixties.
I, I tend to attract awesome people. And they’ve tried a lot of things and they’ve gotten to a point where they’re like, ready? To recreate themselves, right? Like, I’ve done this too long already to keep going with this loop, but I don’t know how to get out of the loop. So a lot of we’re in the same place tap into is.
God recreates the world every single second. So there is nothing that is impossible for God. He could just like blink the eye and new you has just been born. It doesn’t have to be difficult, right? So letting go of the, I have, you know, like people say it took you 60 years to get here. Now you need to really relearn stuff.
It’s like. No, it doesn’t have to be that way. You can just turn around and be somebody new and start acting new and start being new and it will work and, and sort of fuse together with the old you when you bring all the things you want to bring along, but not necessarily all the loops and the baggage.
So it’s really beautiful. Just the concept of the recreation I, I. There’s so many things I wanna say. I am like, wow. But those are like the main things for me as the topic of health and God, I think that. Realizing that God is the healer and the source of healing and there is no other source but him.
That’s part of Una the true faith that God is the only healer, is the only thing that is going to get you moving in the right direction. So if there is anything that you’d like to heal, physical, emotional, mental, whatever it is, spiritual, just recognizing that is probably going to be enough for you to start seeing healing.
Because it’s no longer a physical thing. It’s no longer, you know, blaming it on this or that and the other. It’s just God, God, god, god. And it’s the relationship with God. It’s your connection. It’s your ability to, like you said, which I love this also the three stages of receiving and then holding and then giving.
Right. So you said receiving, loving and the flow, which are really. The same thing also with money. There’s the money coming in, there’s the holding money and there’s money going out. Some people have an issue with receiving it. Some people have an issue with holding and some people have an issue with giving it.
So it’s like this with love. It’s like this with worthiness like this, with all the stuff that we’re working on is so important to realize that there are the different stages and if you can find where your own. Issue is, or just the blockage of like, oh, I’m having a hard time with receiving. What’s that coming from?
What’s going on behind the scenes? It is so, it’s so powerful. Just I can keep going because there’s so much that’s coming up for me.
I feel the same way, but I, I was holding for you, but I do wanna mention about my courses. Yeah. That usually start after, so I have the. Basic Emuna healing course. Then I also have Emuna Healing Circle where people practice what we’ve learned. I found that really important ’cause there’s so much information that I give in the 20 hour course that I need to, I.
Give space for people to just practice. And so I lead people in practicing healing one another through the tools that I’ve given. And I also certify those who come, not those who just come to the recordings to be certified, you have to come live, but you can just listen or watch the recordings and get a lot out of it that way too.
And then I have four other courses that I call Kabbalah and Self-Healing, and one, two, three, four. So one of them, I’m not gonna say all of them, but one of them is healing the light and color that I usually give around Hanukah time. Another one is about forgiveness and overcoming resentment and anger, which all of that.
There’s so much spiritual healing in forgiveness and. There’s a lot of tools in how to all come anger, and I usually give Torah sources for everything that I teach. I, it comes with a hand. All my courses comes with like extensive course material, the Torah sources, and also sources, general sources that supplemented, that coincide that concur with the Torah.
And then I have a course in spiritual protections, which is very important, especially in our time. And one of the classes in that course is about the, the whole history of the vid, the star of David, and, and its protective secrets. And then I have a course in in this healing with this, which is the most popular of my Kabbalah and self-healing, how to use each of this ot, like the crown, the wisdom, the understanding, and the heart. You know, the, which is the heart and all the difference. Ot, kindness and self-discipline, how to balance, because everything in healing is about balancing this ot, which is also embodied within the human being. It’s not only Hashem’s interface in creation is also manifest in the creations in especially the human beings.
And then I think I. I covered it all. Those are the four Kabbalah and spiritual healing courses, and anyone interested can contact me. You, you can send my email and my website. I have a few website. I also do a weekly block. If people would like to come to be part of that, they will get Torah insights for every, single, every, every weekly to a portion plus many other interesting things. Yeah. So, and I’m, oh, last thing, very last thing. I’m just about finishing one of my books. I’m also an author and I wrote several books, and this one is called Esther the Moon, and Me, the Secret of the Feminine Redemptive Empowerment.
Amazing the subtitle somehow I didn’t remember by heart. But I hope that will go smoothly. All the technical things to give birth to this book, but I’m excited about it. And if you’re interested, I have many other books also, the Seven Fruits of the Land of Israel, my most famous award-winning book.
And the the mystical and medicinal properties. So that’s also a book about healing and it’s also about this ot. ’cause these are the seven holy fruits of Israel. They embody one of the seven OTs that Wow. Also. Yeah. So I write about that in each, and that’s also even recipes. Okay, so all the links are going to be found in the show notes.
We’re going to put them up and also we’re going to link to your books for those who want to find them. Thank you so much. This was such a fun conversation. I hope that the listeners enjoyed it. I know I enjoyed it very much and please God, we will come back around and, and do more because it just feels like there is so much more that can be said about this topic, but I think it was important to start talking about health with this.
Angled in mind so that we’re really focused and not sort of spreading our energies to
losing focus. That’s what’s coming to me. So thank you. Thank you very, very much. And I hope to come back and teach also about the Rambam Nutrition and Health. Yes. That amazing. Amazing. Yeah. I actually. Have we have a guest coming up. I think in three weeks that is going to be talking about the rom bomb and healing.
And she has, that’s like her whole business is specifically healing through the rom bombs thing. So I would be really interested to see how all these things coincide. It’s really fun. Yes.
